Tim Tebow, the best college athlete I’ve seen in a long time, and his Florida Gators are back with all starters on defense and 8 on offense from their championship team from last year. The overwhelming pick to win the championship again and No. 1 team in all the polls going into the season; I don’t see them losing a game. With an easier schedule, possibly a better team, and with so many young SEC teams(LSU,Georgia,Tenn.) I can only anticipate how great of a season Florida will have. I also can’t wait to see the whupping that Tennessee will receive after Lane Kiffen’s comments as the volunteers head coach.

Number 15, Superman should be back to Heisman form with more rushing yards and rushing touchdowns because of a weaker receiving core. I also expect to see Tebow working under center to prepare for the NFL Draft. If he has another 20/20(20 TD’s rushing & passing) I expect another Heisman for his mantle.

The Defense returns all 11 starters and prominent rookies who will probably break into the starting defense for the 2010 season. This defense might go down as one of the best in gator history if nothing drastic happens. They come in more experienced and with Charlie Strong as the Def. Coordinator how can you go wrong. Even with Tebow on offense I’d have to give the edge to the defense as the strongest point of the team. After their two goal line stops in the 2009 championship and shutting down Oklahoma’s high powered offense to just 14 points to win a close game. We can only wait and see how they can top last season.

With all parts clicking and even Brandon James on special teams this will be a very very good team. Most likely the best Gator season of all time. Tune in and watch the magic as they chase a third title in four years.
